Hitachi Vantara provides a comprehensive group benefit plan for you and your family. All full-time, regular employees must participate in our benefit program. Coverage begins on the first day of your employment with Hitachi Vantara. You may confirm your start date with the HR department by emailing AskHR@hitachivantara.com.

All mandatory benefits are paid by Hitachi Vantara with the exception of long term disability which is paid by the employee (in the event of a claim, this ensures the benefit is paid tax free). In addition, there are a variety of employee paid optional benefits to choose from. Note that some of the employer paid benefits are considered taxable income to you.

Benefits include a complete extended health and dental benefit plan, life insurance, accidental death & disablement, long term disability insurance and an employee and family assistance plan (EAP).
